About The 30 Day Juice A Day Challenge

  1. For the next 30 days, you will drink at least one 16 oz glass of fresh juice per day.
  2. You will receive a weekly shopping list along with daily juice recipes.
  3. The juice recipes created for this challenge will offer many health benefits, including weight loss,  anti-inflammation, increased energy and a natural boost to immunity.
  4. THIS IS NOT A FAST. You will simply be adding in at least one glass of juice to your current diet. You’re free to eat whatever you want, however, a whole foods diet is recommended over heavily processed and fried foods.
  5. All that is needed for this challenge is a juicer and fruits and vegetables from the shopping list.
  6. This challenge was not only created to provide juice recipes, but to help support you on your juicing journey.  The community members and I will be here to support you. Visit our Facebook page.
  7. At the end of the 30 days, the goal is to feel healthier and develop a new healthy habit.
