Sugar Is Toxic. Drink Green Juice!
Of all the various diets in this world, there is one that causes an increased risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke, intestinal disorders and much more. This diet is known as the Standard American Diet. The Standard American Diet (SAD) is one that encompasses high processed sugars, high unhealthy fats, and high processed foods. This diet is low in plant based foods and fiber. More and more Americans are eating “foods” that have no nutritional value; the crap that is eaten today doesn’t even provide the body with what it needs to do simple things like regulating blood sugar and even fighting off diseases.

This is a very factual statement, but how is this possible? With all the information and green living campaigns going on, American are still unhealthy and sick. Perhaps it’s because many are addicted to those unhealthy foods. Research is coming out that sugar is very toxic to the human body. In fact when sugar is consumed it activates the brain in a similar way to cocaine. That’s right cocaine is bad and sugar is equally bad. If you look at any item in the supermarket besides fresh produce, you’ll find sugar as an ingredient. Be it corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, beet sugar etc. these are all toxic. Sugar contributes to obesity, type II diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and more. 75% of all these disease and illness are preventable. I personally think that percentage is higher once you switch over to a high plant base diet and cut out everything processed, refined and whatever name they have for it.
A solution to this problem would be to add in fresh vegetable juice. Fresh juices that you either prepare yourself or get from a juice bar. Never pick up the processed juice crap like Naked, Odwalla and Minute Maid. They’re not juice, just sugar and other artificial chemicals. Fresh vegetable juices like green juice are loaded with natural living enzymes, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that will nourish and heal your body. Fresh vegetable and green juices are low in sugar, alkalizing, cleansing/detoxifying & restorative. Following the program for 30 days (of raw fruits and veggies with low glycemic green juices) these people were all able to reverse their diabetes. No one needed insulin anymore. Diabetes is not something you have to live with. Cancer can be reversed. You can heal yourself.
You don’t need to make any major changes in your diet. Just start by drinking fresh green juices everyday. You’ll find that over time you will no longer crave those bad foods.
