About The 30 Day Juice A Day Challenge
- For the next 30 days, you will drink at least one 16 oz glass of fresh juice per day.
- You will receive a weekly shopping list along with daily juice recipes.
- The juice recipes created for this challenge will offer many health benefits, including weight loss, anti-inflammation, increased energy and a natural boost to immunity.
- THIS IS NOT A FAST. You will simply be adding in at least one glass of juice to your current diet. You’re free to eat whatever you want, however, a whole foods diet is recommended over heavily processed and fried foods.
- All that is needed for this challenge is a juicer and fruits and vegetables from the shopping list.

- At the end of the 30 days, the goal is to feel healthier and develop a new healthy habit.
