
5 Green Wellness | Green Juice Recipe

1/2 Bunch of Dandelion Greens
3-4 Swiss Chard Leaves
1 Head of Celery
1C of Basil
Turmeric
Knob Ginger
2 Apples
1 Lime (without peel)
Optional Boost: Tbs Spirulina
Remove basil leaves from stem. Discard stem or compost.
Process all ingredients except spirulina in a juicer.
Add tablespoon of spirulina into your juice, shake or stir.
