  4. I cnt find the other engredients

  5. Vin Ienco says:

sorry, both dietitions i saw said a maximum of ONE piece of fruit per day in juice, 1/2 piece for weight loss. all you are promoting is fruit sugar otherwise and a potentially dangerous imbalance to blood sugar. fail.

    • Drew says:

I disagree, one cup of watermelon only has 9.5 grams of sugar. and about 12 in a single orange.

At the end of the day losing weight is about calories in vs calories out. Do you have a surplus, or a deficit? Why not cut out 9.5 grams of sugar/carbs since you are really talking about calories from another source like bread and replace it with a fruit that’s going to provide a ton of vitamins, antioxidants, and health benefits in general

  6. Sid Mehta says:

LOved the article.. had a nice collection.. but you can also review .. Organifi green juice.. which conatins.. everything mentioned above…
i had bought, tried, tasted, researched and analyzed everything that I know about organifi green juice at iorganifireviews.com

  7. Sani Jiya says:

To produce a juicing routine that is balanced, maintain your device that is juicing in your home countertop or at your fingertips all the time. In this way, you're advised everyday by not making use of your juicing equipment of the vitamins you're absent.Author: http://membership.juicesupportnetwork.com/next-juicing-event/

  14. Lum Bee says:

I bought a Vitamix blender as well there awesome

  15. Hey, too much sugar in all these. How about limiting the fruit in the recipies? Most people these days are prediabetic and insulin resistant as it is. I am on a three week green juice fast and it is extra important during a fast to keep carbos to a minimum to induce ketosis. I recommend 1/2 an apple, 1 beet or 2 carrots max per serving.

  16. I was on it was working well for me i got lazy and stopped im ashamed of the amount of weight i regained.

  17. Thank you so very much for sharing with us all these amazing juice!! Today I start my 30 days green juice challenge. .Cheers to a better and healthier life..

    Here is my blog:

  19. Thank you for sharing these great recipes! I'm new to juicing, except that I DO use a Nutri-Bullet to mix coconut milk with protein powder, green veggie powder, and I add apples, spinach and frozen berries to make shakes. CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME about whether it's OK to leave peelings on cucumbers, apples and other things? Thanks to the gentlemen who talked about oranges (to peel them) and lemons/limes (don't have to peel if organic). I prefer to use my Nutri-Bullet and NOT PEEL unless necessary. I get more nutrients and much less clean-up time than if I use a juicer (I DO have a juicer). Can any one tell me if my ideas are either wrong or OK? I'm new at this. Thank you!

  20. To those who asked about whether you can only drink juice all day, the info at the beginning of this article says that you just add drinking the juice to your regular diet. She DOES recommend that you eat mainly a whole foods diet, but drinking the juice seems to be in addition to a good, healthy diet.

  21. Great article an lots of amazing recipes – check out http://www.juiceandfeast.com for some wholefood recipes and more juice recipes

  28. question: for the 30 days all you drink is the juicing drinks nothing else. i would love to go on a 30day diet but only juicing?

  29. To an extent, it's still an acquired taste…. use baby kale, a green apple, and then whatever else… plus raw agave as your sweetener.

  30. Radhika Chytanya says:

Saafiya TheOracle-Shyne Pearson Oh!! 🙁 No matter what I do, the green leaves tends to leave that raw taste in juice and my son seems to hate it.. Any other ideas?

  31. Radhika, once you heat it over 115 degrees it is no longer raw, if that is what you're going for. The enzymes can't survive microwave heat.

  32. Radhika Chytanya says:

I boil Kale and other green leaves for 1 or 2 minutes in the Microwave and in a glass jar with closed lid. That makes it easier to drink.

  33. What do you class as a glass ? First recipe looks a lot ? Would you drink the whole thing in one day ?

I’m new to juicing and had a question about fruit substitutes. I am allergic to apples, kiwi, cherries and peaches but apples appear in most juicing recipes.

Any recommendations on which fruit would be the best substitute for apples? Thank you!!

  63. I started out using organic baby kale and gradually moved up to the denser stuff. Now I can eat it straight from the stalk. The baby kale has a lighter flavor similar to spinach.

  64. Evelina says:

    Hi Mariam
Me and my husband are going to start the 30 days Juicing, we bought all the ingredients for the first 5 days. I have the Vitamix and it is not clear on the recipes weather is ok to add water or not to the juices, please explain. Thanks

    • Hi Evelina. The recipes are made for a juicer. If you’re going to use a blender, you’ll need to reduce the amount of produce as well as add water to help it blend. Strain afterwards to have a smoother juice.

  65. Saafiya TheOracle-Shyne Pearson what type of kale did you get that is less bitter?

  66. I started to try them out :X thank you for sharing this with us

  67. Hattie Hammer says:

  68. what's going on Heidi how you doing

  69. Jennifer Flati says:

  70. I already add fruit…but I found the answer… Use a different type of kale! I went and got something different and it tastes great.

  71. You can juice fruit in it to hide the bitter taste that's what I do

  72. I'm beginning my first juice detox/fast/cleanse tomorrow. I made the mean green recipe (less kale and more spinach) for tomorrow. The only think that helps me tolerate kale is how it will benefit me nutritionally. Is there any way to "lighten" the bitterness of kale? I'll post your page on Fb and later send you a blog that I started to record my journey.

  73. minnie says:

how many times can i drink this? and does this replace meals? i am diabetic will it rise or lower my blood sugar?

  74. Mariam Turay says:

You can, depending on the type of juicer you have will determine length of storage. More about juicers –> http://www.greenjuiceaday.com/best-juicers Centrifugal juicer can store up to 24 hours. Masticating juicers can store up to 3 days refrigerated. Make sure when storing your juices you fill the container as close to the top, leaving out as much air.

  75. Adriana says:

These recipes are great!! I have a question, are they meant to be for 1 serving only?
